Refund Policy: All eligible returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal value. In case of a damaged or incorrect product delivered to you, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange. 

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
